Upton Dry Cleaners was established in 1988 to provide quality dry cleaning services to the Gold Cost community.
The Walker family has owned and operated Upton Dry Cleaners for the past 3 decades.
During that time the business has grown from a small 2 person operation to the largest dry cleaning employer on the Gold Coast with over 40 staff.
Our growth is testament to the quality and service we have provided to our customers over the years.
Proprietor, David Walker has received the Queensland Dry Cleaner of the Year award on numerous occasions. David is also a past president and vice president of the DIA Queensland and a former director on the national council of the DIA.
In 2012, Upton Dry Cleaners moved their production facility to a more modern purpose designed plant on the corner of George and Jackman Streets, Southport. Our state-of-the-art plant in Southport would rival to be one of the best dry cleaning operations in Australia.
