Stain Removal

Many dry cleaners and websites will have tips on how to remove stains using different methods and products that can be found in most households.

We do not recommend any of these processes due to the fact that there are thousands of different fabrics and stains and some methods will cause fabric damage of certain dyes and fabrics.

Leave the stain removal to the professionals!

We employ “Professionally Certified Dry Cleaners” who are trained to remove stains safely from your garments.

We recommend the following for stain removal:

1. Never process the garment outside of the care label instructions at home. i.e. Do not wash dry clean only garments as you may cause irreversible damage
2. Do not attempt to rub stains with water or any other product as this can set the stain and can cause colour loss in the fabric
3. Do not use any chlorine based bleaches as they can cause irreversible changes to the fabric
4. Bring the garment or item to a reputable dry cleaner as soon as possible and notify them of the stain and what it is. If we know what the stain is we will be able to more easily remove the stain.
5. If you are out of town we are happy to recommend a reputable dry cleaner in other cities. Just give us a call!
