Inspection

Our highly trained team members will go over your wedding gown with you to inspect and answer any questions you may have. We will discuss our cleaning process and if you would like to have your gown boxed in a sealed preservation box with acid-free tissue paper. We will provide a quote on the spot for cleaning and preservation.

Stain Removal

Dry cleaning and wet cleaning are quite often required to remove different stains. Dry cleaning is the best method to remove make up and other oil based stains which are common on wedding dresses after wear. Dependent on the fabric a large percentage of gowns will also require wet cleaning due to water based stains caused by drink spillages and soil stains around the hem.

We receive many phone calls and emails requesting a quote for wedding gown cleaning. It is difficult to estimate the time required for cleaning without viewing your gown firsthand in our store. Turnaround

Our average turnaround time is 3 to 4 weeks for most wedding gowns. This can be longer during wedding season and we will not take shortcuts on any item we clean. We do offer faster turnaround times within reason for certain circumstances. Please ask for our wedding gown specialist in store for urgent requests.
